If the Service allows Users to post content, you grant CheatCode REI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your content in connection with the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

CheatCode REI and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use of the Service.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
7.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7.2 Mandatory Mediation
In the event of any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Service, or your use thereof, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith mediation. The parties shall agree on a single mediator within thirty (30) days of notice of a dispute. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally between the parties.
7.3 Exclusive Venue
If the dispute is not resolved through mediation, the parties agree that any resulting lawsuit shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Chester County, South Carolina. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
